Mini PC After-sales Policy:

General Terms:

ZKmagic guarantees that goods you purchased from ZKmagic will be free from material and workmanship defects under normal use. The warranty period for a product starts on the day such a product is delivered. For more detail, you may check in the “Repair policy” During the period if our product does not function as described, please contact your sales manager to getting help. ZKmagic might not be able to offer service in some cases. Judging by the condition the service can also be different. To obtain more information you may reach out to your sales manager.

Contact your sales manager and describe in detail your problem. ZKmagic team will attempt to diagnose and resolve your problem by telephone, e-mail or online chat. ZKmagic may direct you to download and install particular software updates. If your problem cannot be resolved over the telephone or through the application of software updates, you may be required to deliver the product to ZKmagic for further examination. ZKmagic will arrange for repair or replacement service as the Limited Warranty. You may check for more detail in the “Repair Policy” and “Return & Refund Policy”.

Repair Policy:

You can apply for repair service if the product does not function during the warranty period. The warranty period for the main parts can be check in the repair period form. To require for free repair must meet the requirement as below:

1. Products under normal use during the warranty period but suffer non-human performance failures.

2. Without any damage caused by disassembly, operation or modification under non- official guidance.

3. Provide legal proof-of-purchase, receipts, or invoices. Free Repair Service will not be provided where:

● Damage caused by intentional collision or other fault operations.

● Damage caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product.

● Damage caused by improper use of the incompatible chargers.

● Damage is caused to the product by using under rigid environment, including high temperature, rain & snow, dust, etc.

Return & Refund Policy:

You can request for return service within 15 calendar days if you meet the conditions as below,ZKmagic will refund you.

1. Within seven (7) calendar days of receiving a product if the product has a manufacturing defect.

Your request will be denied if meet conditions as below:

1. It is requested beyond seven (7) calendars days of receiving a product.

2. A product return to ZKmagic does not include all original accessories, attachments or packaging, or any item is not in new or like-new condition, i.e. with cracks, dents or scratches.

3. Any fault or damage of the product is caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign bodies (water, oil, sand, etc.) or improper installation or operation.

4. Any fault or damage of the product is caused by unauthorized use or installation of the product

5. Damage is caused to the product by uncontrollable external factors, including fire, floods, high winds or lightning strikes.

You can apply for replacement service if you meet conditions as below, you’ll need to send back the product as the requirement.

1. Within fifteen (15) calendar days of receiving the product if the product has sustained substantial damage in transit, provided always that the damage proof issued by the carrier can be provided to ZKmagic.

2. Within fifteen (15) calendar days of receiving the product if the product suffers performance failure.

Technical support & customer service:

After the shipment, we will provide free of charge software updated as per customers’ requirement. We will answer all of the technical issues within 24 hours after we receive the technical questions from customers, and we will come back with customers problem solved schedule within 48 hours and follow up properly by specialists.
